These are pleadings of the Citizen Plaintiff in response to second appellate review following the State (aka the government's) appeal of the Final Judgment. It is clear to any honorable and competent Attorney the State's appeal was frivolous and should have been dismissed. If that litigators had been any other than a pro se Citizen (not an Attoreny & acting as own attorney) and the Office of the Attorney General it would have been dismissed and sanctions would have been imposed.
