I am a Lay Lawyer. That is, I am not a Licensed Lawyer, or what is more commonly known as an Attorney. I do not Practice Law for Profit. I study the Law and the Legal Process. I share what I have learned. What I am about is LIBERTY and JUSTICE for each Individual on our Land who, with all the other individuals make up the “All” referred to in our American Pledge of alliegance to “Liberty and Justice for All“.
INTEGRITY
The INTEGRITY of a machine created by people is determined by
how it functions in PRACTICE compared with how it was INTENDED to function.
A lack of integrity, or a loss of integrity, is known as DYSFUNCTION.
How the creations of people were INTENDED to function, and how they function in actual practice, is often different. Thus there is the INTENT of the Law, and then there is what happens in the PRACTICE of Law.
THE COURTS
The purpose for the creation and existence of the Judicial Department of government (more commonly referred to as THE COURTS) is to SECURE liberty and establish Justice. But what often results, due to the efforts of those who Practice for Profit, is the opposite. There is a DYSFUNTION in the system, and this dysfunction is becoming more pronounced. That is why there is a greater need for LAY LAWYERS today than ever before.
Everyone has a RIGHT to be a Lay Lawyer. All it takes it a desire to learn the Law and Legal Process combined with an investment of time in study and thought. A License to Pratice Law simply means a person can charge individuals for what is supposed to be professional representation in a Court. Of course, no license is required for a Citizen to appear and be heard on their own behalf, or to speak for others, providing they are not demanding a fee for doing so.
THE STATE
Understanding Law and the Legal Process requires an understanding of how government on our Land was designed, by the Law of our Constitutions, and how it was intended to function, as well as the purpose for its creation, found in our Organic Law.
The Judicial Division of government is one part of three divisions of government referred to as the government at large or classically known as THE STATE. Here we also see a lack of integrity and a loss of integrity in the Machinery.
I am a Citizen of Texas, as well as a Citizen of the United States. Here we have a STATE (the UNITED STATES) and a STATE within a STATE (The STATE OF TEXAS). On this Land known as Texas, and the larger Land known as the America, or the US of A; “THE STATE”, is composed of three Departments; the LEGISLTIVE, the JUDICIARY, and the EXECUTIVE.
But as with the LAW vs. the PRACTICE of LAW, there is a lack of integrity and a growing loss of integrity. There is what government has a Duty to Do, and what government, by and through those IN government, DO, in opposition to both the intent of our law and the plain language of the Law of our Land, by which it was designed.
In examining the machinery of our COURTS and the machinery of our STATES (on the Land of Texas and America) a DYSFUNCTION has become apparant. A dysfunction that is growing like a CANCER.
Together, by becoming Lay Lawyers and Lay Politicians, we can cure this disease. In fact we must. Our Lives, Liberty, and Fortunes, as well as the same of every person we love, depends upon it.
The survival of our Nation and our Country depends upon it.
