Liberty and Justice are NOT a "policy choice" or "partisan issues"
Liberty and Justice is
the purpose
for the creation of OUR government and the existence of OUR law.
Incredibly, there are many on our land of Texas, serving the public in positions where their DUTY is to provide the people of Texas with Liberty and Justice, who do not know the meaning of the words. Government can exist without Law, but not Liberty & Justice.
The concept of LIBERTY is:
An Inherent, Inalienable, RIGHT of every Citizen to have Law PROTECT them from the STATE
The concept of JUSTICE is:
An Inherent, Inalienable, RIGHT of every Citizen to have EQUAL protection of the Law
There is NO Liberty for ANY, without the Law binding every State Actor / Public Servant
There is NO Justice for ANY, without Law binding every State Actor / Public Servant
There may be an appearance of Order, but it is
a lawless order,
an Order that plunders and punishes rather then preserve and protect
ORDER without LAW
is SLAVERY
It benefits only the few who are the lawless & godless
Slave Owner
Some have adopted, and promoted, the perverse view that punishment equates to justice. They think that the more punishment they can inflict on the people of Texas, the more justice has been served. They attempt to create law, and to design our system of laws, towards that end. This in opposition to the idea of LIBERTY, and defeats the very purpose for the existence of Law. It is a form of PERVERSE JUSTICE.
LAW is created so that every individual may enjoy their god-given, inherent, inalienable, Right to have Law PROTECT them from those employed by the STATE, and its Subunits and Actors, including a Jury that fails to be impartial. A SYSTEM OF LAWS is created for the purpose of providing this protection to EACH Citizen, regardless of their social-economic status among the public, meek or exalted.
NOT a conservative or liberal question, but a question of American & Texan Tradition.
It is a matter of preserving that which identifies us as American and as Texan.
Some have the perverse idea this would lead to an equal distribution of the wealth of society. The CONTRARY is accurate. Liberty and Justice SECURES earned wealth, from those that want to TAKE wealth under the COLOR of law, through a perversion of the System of Laws designed by our Constitution and refined by Legislators. Law PROTECTS the only private property given to the Individual by God upon their birth; Their person (body) and their time from being taken, damaged, or destroyed by THE STATE, under the color, or pretence, of Law, so that the person my earn wealth and, through their productive efforts, provide goods and services to all, rather than waste away in prison at the expense of the public so that some employed at public expense can feel they have served the purpose of inflicting punishment - as their perverse idea of Justice.
For our Law-makers, serving the people of Texas in the Legislative Department of Government, Liberty & Justice is not a choice but a duty. Among others, read the supreme Law of the Land, our US Constitution, Article VI. It is the duty of every Legislator of every State to do their best to create Law and to adjust our System of Laws towards the end of securing what God gave to every Individual – the Right to Liberty and Justice. That is, the Right to have Law PROTECT them, not oppress them, and the Right to have the Law administered in a manner that provides protection equally, impartially.
