Dear Legislator
INFORMED CITIZENS is looking for ‘LIBERTY LEGISLATORS’.
We are making a list, checking it twice, gonna find out whose naughty and nice.
Are YOU a Liberty Legislator? What is a ‘Liberty Legislator’?
A Liberty Legislator is a Legislator who is dedicated to the Texas Values found in our history and established in our Texas Constitution.
The Founders of Law on our Land of Texas pledged their life to Democracy and to a Republican form of Government. Our history and our Texas Constitution reveal the intent to create a DEMOCRACY. And to preserve that democracy, a REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT. Both are mandated by the Law of our Texas Constitution.
Democracy = the people of Texas are the Sovereign. (See §2, Art 1, Tex.Const.)
A Republican form of Government = The LAW governs our government by and through a Legislative Department that makes Law to Protect the Citizen from the State.
Liberty Legislators understand that our Legislators must do more than simply create Law. Our Legislative body must act as a CHECK on violations of the Law by those who serve in the Executive and Judicial Departments of our State, and in subunits of government (by subunits is meant “local” government – county and city – as part of the STATE). This is the essence of a republican form of government. The tripartite system of governance.
LAW is for the purpose of protecting the CITIZEN from unlawful acts by government, also known as “THE STATE”, by and through the public servants through which it acts. What other purpose is there for Law? A STATE has the means to punish and oppress citizens without Law. The purpose for LAW is to prohibit the STATE from doing so, and to mandate restitution for the Citizen when the STATE violates the Law.

LIBERTY = the god-given Right to have LAW protect the citizen from the STATE.
JUSTICE = equal protection of the Law. The Citizen is equal to the STATE.
The Citizen has Rights, Privileges, and Immunities. The STATE has duties, obligations, and responsibilities. The first duty of every public servant is to be law-abiding in performing their duties, ie; the functions for which they are paid by the public. It is time to end the anarchy, the lawlessness, of the STATE & protect the people / public of Texas from the STATE actors, Executive & Judicial, who violate our Constitution and your Laws.
