The STATE OF TEXAS, by and through its Legislative Department, provides protection of the Law (and the public treasury to the cost of hundreds of millions) for SOME who are fortunate enough to own real property and might have their property taken, damaged, or destroyed by WIND. Citizenship not required, only title to real property.

The STATE OF TEXAS, by and through its Legislative Department, provides protection of the Law (and the public treasury) for SOME people (citizenship not required), who are ERRONEOUSLY convicted for an offense, if the error is discovered by DNA after application for Writ of Habeas Corpus relief. But NOT to those who obtain relief on direct appeal, for a WRONGFUL conviction.

According to the Executive Department, of our State, as represented by Greg Abbott, and the Judicial Department, of our State, as represented by Robert Harrison Pemberton; the CITIZEN of Texas that is WRONGFULLY convicted, due to VIOLATIONS of a PROFESSIONAL DUTY, by STATE ACTORS employed by the STATE to prosecute STATE laws and a biased or incompetent STATE Judge, cannot have RESTITUTION for their Private Property Loss caused by their ILLEGAL acts.

This Citizen, Abbott and Pemberton contend, is NOT protected by the Law, for their private personal property taken, damaged, and destroyed by THE STATE OF TEXAS, if the WRONG is proven to our Court of Appeals and Court of Criminal Appeals on direct appeal, thus eliminating the need and opportunity to apply for a writ of habeas corpus.

Greg Abbott and Robert Harrison Pemberton are of the opinion that our United States and Texas Constitutions do NOT secure the god-given Rights of the CITIZEN, secured 800 years ago by the common law of England. Rather; our Legislators assumed the position of God and, therefore, may "give" a Right, or DENY an Individual Right given by God.

THIS is a Petition for Redress of our Grievance with this policy, pattern, and practice of Greg Abbott and Robert Harrison Pemberton, from the people of Texas, by and through INFORMED CITIZENS of Texas. We respectfully ask each Legislator to contact us so that we may avoid the necessity of making the same petition to our Federal Government.
