A CONSTITUTION BASED STATE?
Storm Measures raise Constitutional Questions
Aid & Compensation for property taken, damaged, destroyed by Storm / God;
But not for
property taken, damaged, destroyed by the STATE?
Dear
WHERE in our US and Texas Constitution is authority given to our Legislative Department of the STATE to use OUR treasury to provide insurance or to subsidize insurance, to those who own private real property for acts of nature?
Our Texas Constitution instructs our Legislators to provide aid and compensation for the Acts of the STATE, not for Acts of God. Some legislators have been reluctant to comply with our Constitution’s mandate (order to the STATE) found as an inviolate Right in our Constitution’s Bill of Rights, Article 1, §17, and again by amendment 51-c of Art 3, for the victims of wrongful imprisonment at the hands of STATE Actors. Our Constitution requires compensation adequate for recovery of personal property taken, damaged, and destroyed by wrongs committed by the STATE; but not for those committed by nature.
A Constitution based government is bound by a Constitution. The Citizens of the State are the Sovereign. The Citizens of Texas govern their government (the STATE) through the LAW of a Constitution. Legislators are bound by it, by Law and Fiduciary Duty.
The Houston Chronicle reports that our servants, in our Legislature, are planning to hand out hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer money in our public treasury to private insurance companies, select local government entities, and private individuals who made the voluntary choice to NOT purchase private insurance. By what authority?
Our Legislators, who chose to NOT purchase private
insurance policies for the real property they own, are now planning to stick
citizens who cannot afford to own real private property, with the bill, through
the taxes they pay. At the same time there are citizens of this State who did
NOT choose to be wrongfully imprisoned for whom past Legislators have denied the
insurance provided by our Texas Constitution. Compensation for their loss has
been denied, obstructed, or delayed. This compensation is a god-given, natural,
right secured to the
In the last Nine (9) years our Legislators have provided
less than $1 million a year to victims of wrongful imprisonment. These are
victims of a man made storm more terrifying and devastating than nature.
Honor and Respect for our
