Thank you for your service. The headline above reveals a mentality among some that the Citizen of Texas is no longer a Citizen, but a Subject of a Royal Ruling Class.

YOU, and those in our House of Representatives, have been given the sacred trust to insure that the Citizen of Texas, individually and jointly, remain CITIZEN. History has shown that those serving, or pretending to serve the public, in the Executive and Judicial Departments, have a tendency to prefer the Citizen be reduced to a SUBJECT.

The CAUSE for our independence from England can be traced to the malfeasance of the Judges appointed by the King. Fearing loss of their appointment, they Neglected and Refused, in an abuse of their position of trust, to HONOR the common law of England, the Magna Carta, or Great Charter of Liberties 800 years ago. This common law that made the KING, and all he titled as Noble, subject to THE RULE OF LAW.

Today, in our Land of Texas, we have the same problem. This is clearly evident when the Governor, or others, want make the position a Title of Nobility, rather than a position of Public Service. As you know, this is why our Constitution for our United States prohibits any and every STATE from granting ANY Title of Nobility. In Article I, section 10, before the Bill of Rights were added, to insure that we will each remain a CITIZEN, not SUBJECT of our government. The Rule of Law = LIBERTY.

The refusal by the Judicial Department to HONOR the Law that secures the god-given, inherent and inalienable, Right of the Citizen to Restitution for personal property taken, damaged, or destroyed by the STATE in the course of a wrongful imprisonment, is another clear indication that there are insurgents and rebels in that Department who would prefer the CITIZEN of Texas be reduced to a SUBJECT. The equivalent of a feudal slave as was the case in many of the lands of our ancestry at the time the Magna Carta laid the ground for the economic development that led to Brattain becoming an Empire. When LAW is BINDING on government, we have LIBERTY & PROSPERITY.

THANK YOU, for ‘Representing’ us, rather than ‘Ruling’ us. Please continue to CHECK the Abuse of Office committed by those serving, or pretending to serve, in the Executive and Judicial Departments of the government created to serve us as a CITIZEN. Your job is to insure that those who ‘Rule’ in the Executive and Judicial Departments, are kept in ‘CHECK’, from abuse (violations of the law) of their position of service. History has proven they cannot be trusted. That is why we have you impose statutory Law upon them as an additional security for our Individual Rights, Privileges, and Immunities secured in our Texas and United States Constitutions.
