BILL SPONSOR WANTED for A Bill, to be entitled
The Attorney Employment Act
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Texas desires to attract and retain as many graduates of laws schools as possible.
WHEREAS, the ‘practice of law’ is a lucrative profession, generating revenue for the State, both directly and indirectly by usage fees and fines imposed upon its victims.
WHEREAS, the Judicial Department of government on this Land known as Texas was created for the benefit of those who have obtained a license to practice their profession at expense of the Texas State Treasury, either directly by employment in government on this land, or indirectly by playing the role of the opposing party.
BE IT RESOLVED;
The Office of the Attorney General shall be renamed the Administration for Attorney Employment Office.
This Office shall continue to function for the purpose of providing the Attorneys therein with regular compensation and benefits from the Texas Public Treasury while they practice developing their ability to obfuscate the facts and circumvent the law.
This Office shall continue to function as the means by which Attorneys operating in the private sector of our economy may also be employed while Attorneys on the public payroll play the opposing role to create the need for their employment.
The Office shall continue to function as an advocate for funding from the Texas Public Treasury for purpose of employing as many Attorneys as possible in the subunits of government for the State of Texas, known as Counties and Cities. This will also employ a large number of Attorneys, both directly and indirectly, at the expense of the Texas Public Treasury, so that they may continue to benefit from the practice and the profit while subjecting their victims to fines and assessments as partial revenue replenishment.
This Office shall continue to use all its power to insure that NO law, Constitutional or otherwise, ever be enforced to governing the conduct of any licensed into this noble class; attorney & judge. A civil system of justice cannot be permitted to take root on our Land of Texas. The self-evident truth that an adversarial system of justice keeps Attorneys employed, at the expense of liberty with delay of justice, must be protected from any promoting the myth that a citizen has inherent, inalienable, god-given rights secured by any Law. The self-evident truth that law is "subject to interpretation", and therefore can only protect the profits of those granted a license to practice and maintain employment opportunities for this noble class, must be protected against those who are not among this noble class. The myth that Law is written in a language that people can understand or that law is written in words of common usage and ordinary meaning so that the blessing of liberty is secured and justice established and so that society may benefit from equal protection of the law, must be crushed.
